Mindset Counts

1. Services

Mindset Counts provides:

​

  • Online tutoring sessions

  • Downloadable digital learning resources

​

All services are educational and supportive in nature. While we aim to support learning and confidence, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and services do not constitute therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical provision.

​

2. Online tutoring

  • Sessions are booked one at a time

  • There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions

  • A parent or carer must be present in the home during sessions

  • Sessions are delivered online via Zoom

​

Mindset Counts reserves the right to end a session if safeguarding, behavioral, or welfare concerns arise.

​

3. AI-assisted session summaries

Following tutoring sessions, parents may receive a written transcript-style summary of what was covered.

​

  • These summaries may be supported by AI-assisted tools

  • Summaries are shared with parents to provide clarity, transparency, and continuity

  • AI is not used to assess children or make automated decisions

​

No session recordings are made or shared unless explicitly agreed in advance.

​

4. Shared learning documents and materials

Learning notes and outcomes may be shared with parents via a secure online document.

​

  • Access is limited to the booking parent or carer unless they ask for access to another email

  • Session materials, such as downloaded Zoom whiteboards, may also be shared

  • Parents are responsible for maintaining the privacy of shared documents once access is granted

​

5. Digital products

  • Digital downloads are provided immediately or shortly after purchase.

  • Products are licensed for personal use only, for use by an individual child or family.

  • Use of products in schools, classrooms, tutoring businesses, or other commercial or group settings is not included in this licence.

  • Educators, schools, and tutors who wish to use Mindset Counts resources with multiple children or in a professional setting must contact info@mindsetcounts.co.uk to discuss appropriate licensing options.

  • Resale, redistribution, or sharing of digital products is not permitted.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once content has been downloaded.

6. Intellectual property

All materials remain the intellectual property of Mindset Counts unless otherwise stated.

​

7. Liability

Mindset Counts is not responsible for:

​

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Internet or platform outages

  • Outcomes resulting from independent use of resources

​

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
